docs: update CONTRIBUTING template links to very_good_templates

Description

The CONTRIBUTING refers to the old template repositories, instead they should all point at very_good_templates.

For example, instead of having very_good_cli point to the Old Very Good Core repository it should now point to the Very Good Core project in Very Good Templates.
