[Feature] Add width/height resizing to widgets in editor #208

Is your feature request related to a problem or enhancement? Please describe.
Similar to the scale anchors (and shift to scale preserving ratio), add in (while holding ctrl) the ability to adjust widget width/height (and update x/y as needed).

Hold ctrl to highlight anchors green and adjust width/height of widgets
Describe alternatives you've considered
Manually doing it via the editor textboxes then saving
