Motivation

Noticed lots of deprecation warnings around ExpansionPanel when running the todo example.

Changes

• Replaced deprecated ExpansionPanel with the new Accordion component in ToDo Demo

• Replaced MaterialUi's deprecated ExpansionPanel usage with the new Accordion component in ToDo Demo
