Add SailfishOS name to source labels

Hi, is it possible to add SailfishOS for the source labels for tweets. Currently it just mentions Piepmatz, but would be interesting to add something like "Piepmatz for SailfishOS", as it provides more visibility to the OS.

Just checked it - I'm actually allowed to change the name of the app. But I'm not really sure if I should do so as I actually like it short. I keep that open to collect some feedback - maybe someone else also wants that.
