Code Editor 2: Notes language selector shows "Platform" as an option #11947

What Is The Bug?
When using the langauge selector of CE2 Notes you get an option for "Platform". This option is selectable
Expected Change
I suspect this is a header but really it shouldnt be there at all, its a language selection
Steps To Reproduce
- Start GameMaker
- Open a note
- Open the language of the Note Editor
- See the issue
