Manual States :
Argument: layer_id_or_name
Type: Layer or String

Tooltip in code editor only states layer_name

Steps To Reproduce

var _ID = layer_get_id("UILayer_1");
var _Name = "UILayer_1";

Returns The Flexpanel Node:
layer_get_flexpanel_node(_Name);
layer_get_flexpanel_node( layer_get_name(_ID));

Returns undefined:
layer_get_flexpanel_node(_ID);
layer_get_flexpanel_node(layer_get_id(_Name));
