Server crashes when attempting to listen on IPv6 when no IPv6 is available

**Describe the bug**

The server attempts to listen on an IPv6 address and crashes when IPv6 is not available.

**Expected behavior**

Falls back to IPv4 only

**Additional context**

Default docker-compose file used
