v2.20 doesn't detect ATmega8A

AVRDUDESS-2.20(avrdude V8.1) does not detect ATmega8A with USBasp.

I tried the avrdude.exe -c usbasp -P usb -p m8 command, but it didn't work.
The same error occurs.

I found something interesting while tinkering around.
When I select a number other than 0 for verbosity in Option, it can detect the MCU.
It can also detect the MCU when running avrdude.exe -c usbasp -P usb -p m8 -v
in the command line.

Ah, it's because of the error message about the sck period. avrdude v8+ doesn't output a signature if it successfully connects to the device, however the error message about the sck period is confusing AVRDUDESS.

Try updating the USBasp firmware, detect should then work.
