[Feature] Ventilator entity

Hi,
it would be cool to have an entity to see if the smart ventilator is switched on/see the speed.
At the moment it is "only" possible to enable the smart ventilator and to define the control logic. But there is no entity to see if it is blowing or not. Not sure if the device is providing this information....

yes, but not really helpful:

If they add such entities, the will be shown automatically. Then we can add translations for that. So for now, I close this issue.
