This does not seem correct to me.
Yes, it works arround the problem, but basically we should not call the getInfos() on non-multimedia files in the first place.
So when doing concats we would need to skip that call.

Currently I'm not that deep into the code to see how this could be implemented, but perhaps you have an idea?
