emotion twenty questions

To run in a notebook:

pip install -r requirements.jupyter.txt
jupyter notebook

... and then run the notebooks 01, 02, 03, ..., etc.

Notebook 07 has the main functionality and earlier notebooks illustrate the underlying functionality.
