- Fix some endpoint URLs
- Flow the called endpoint enum as a string through to the returned JSON

This maps the mtd_api_endpoint enums to strings. E.g. MTD_API_EP_BD_LIST => "MTD_API_EP_BD_LIST" This will be used to add extra useful information to the returned JSON. Signed-off-by: Andrew Clayton <ac@sigsegv.uk>
This builds on the previous commit to add an entry to the returned JSON
like
"libmtdac_endpoint": "MTD_API_EP_ISI_SI_UK_LIST",
This can aid in debugging to see at a quick glance exactly what endpoint
was called.
