Feature request: add manually MAC address

what about a manual entry of know MAC? (example for new buys)

There are 2 options to add MAC manually since version 2.1.4

1. Direct API call, name, ip, hw queries are optional:

curl 'http://YOUR_WYL_ADDR/api/host/add/4e:cb:56:xx:xx:xx?name=TryAdd&ip=192.168.2.31&hw=something'

2. With Swagger UI. Go to http://YOUR_WYL_ADDR/swagger/index.html. There is Try it out button for every API call
