GPU driver (and thus `nvidia-smi`) not working on GH-hosted Windows GPU runner

We (NVIDIA/cuda-python) try to enable GitHub-hosted Windows GPU runners, but it cannot even execute nvidia-smi:

NVIDIA-SMI has failed because it couldn't communicate with the NVIDIA driver. Make sure that the latest NVIDIA driver is installed and running. This can also be happening if non-NVIDIA GPU is running as primary display, and NVIDIA GPU is in WDDM mode.

Hey there - the GPU images are not maintained in this repo, I am sorry you got pointed here. This repo is only monitored by our Arm partners for our Arm images.

For issues with GPU images you can ask in the community discussions or open a support ticket.
