The information provided for installing cookiecutter on Windows and for using this template on Windows might be outdated.
As a Windows 11 Home user, I have no problem using pip install cookiecutter and cookiecutter https://github.com/adafruit/cookiecutter-adafruit-circuitpython.
library.py and /examples/library_simpletest.py also generate properly.
