Decompressing a compressed file containing 40,000 small files is slow.

I have a 7z compressed file. The size of this compressed file is approximately 40MB, and it contains roughly 40,000 small files. When I use SharpCompress to decompress this file, it takes tens of minutes or even longer. My computer configuration is an Intel Core i9-13900H processor with 64GB of RAM

I don't suppose you can share this file or something similar? I'd want to set up a perf test and see what's happening
