It was moved to be used by the Windows implementation, but now it is used only by
appshell_extensions_mac.mmso move there.While here I cleaned a bit the headers inclusions.
In the cefclient 2623 example code
CreateProcessMessageDelegatesdoesn't exists anymore so I want to isolate moreappshell_extensions.h|cppcode.
