command + w closes file, leaves file in working files list

Brackets 1.6 build 1.6.0-16680

Ever since the latest update, I've had this bug.

• Open a file
• use keyboard shortcut command + w to close the file
• the file name remains in the working files list
• click inside the working files list
• the file is removed from the working files list
