Update Korean translation

Add new translation, as well as making few changes (space, typo, etc...) to existing translations.

Note: I couldn't understand about SHA-1 things in here, so help is appreciated!

The long string of hexadecimal chars (i.e. SHA) is an identifier that tells everyone which revision that your translation was done at so it's easier for the next update.

After you have added the comment:

1. Follow this link to the root language strings.js file.
2. Click on the "History" button in the upper-right corner of page
3. Move mouse over the top (most recent) change and you'll see a clipboard appear on the right side. Move mouse over clipboard and click to copy the SHA
4. Select SHA in comment and the paste to replace.
