aarch64_mac platform maps to spec "default-64"

On aarch64_mac when running dev.jck target jckinteractives_java_awt gets passed a PLATFORM value of "default-64".
From searching I can only see this coming from here:

TKG/src/org/testKitGen/ModesDictionary.java

Line 90 in 1828e31

spec = "default-64";

Which might suggest it isn't found in spec2platMap ?

Looks like the problem relates to osx_aarch64 not being in the resources/ottawa.csv file

For setting spec:

but then indeed, if its not in ottawa.csv, a later mapping will not be found.
