Enable more DaCapo benchmarks in perf tests (Fixes #6268)

Updates perfConfig.json to include additional DaCapo test cases:

• dacapo-eclipse
• dacapo-avrora
• dacapo-fop
• dacapo-luindex
• dacapo-pmd
• dacapo-sunflow
• dacapo-xalan
