The practical model is:

• install ECC for the Cursor target rather than manually copying random files
• let the deterministic repo/path rules live in the installed Cursor surface
• use the skills/commands/agents on top of that instead of trying to flatten the whole repo into one giant prompt

So the answer is not just "can I use it," but "yes, use the actual target-aware install path." That gives you the Cursor-specific wiring instead of a partial/manual port that drifts.
