Support logging of events caused by Model

Describe the desired outcome from the user's perspective
As devops, I want to understand why zilla is rejecting an event after validation, so that I can correct either zilla.yaml or the external system setup as needed.

Acceptance criteria

• Event log for Model Avro
• Event log for Model Core
• Event log for Model Json
• Event log for Model Protobuf
