Enhance Model Protobuf to support both Protobuf 2 and Protobuf 3 using ANTLR grammar.
This update ensures compatibility with both versions of the Protobuf specification, enabling broader schema parsing and validation within Zilla. By leveraging ANTLR grammar, the implementation remains consistent, maintainable, and extendable for future improvements.
