Add the enable/disable feature for individual servers in the MCP list

It would be better to add the enable/disable feature as marked in the screenshot, enabling global control for enabling/disabling a specific MCP server.

Use Case:
For example, I configured two MCP servers with similar functionality: fetch and firecrawl-mcp. But I only want to use the tools from firecrawl-mcp. When I make descriptions, it might use tools from the fetch mcp server, but I don't want to delete fetch at this time. I want to temporarily disable the entire fetch mcp server, which would be much more convenient.
