Description
This PR builds on top of #1652, which added an optional dependency to
libe57format, by addinglibe57formatto the list of internal dependencies.The Dockerfiles for the dependencies have consequently been updated, and the images have been rebuilt and pushed. The VCPKG archive of the dependencies for Windows has also been updated to include the port of
libe57format.The tags used in the CI are updated to use the latest Docker image (Linux) and VCPKG archive (Windows).
