Rebuild image with kustomize+helm v4 fix

This issue was preventing kustomize to talk with helm v4: kubernetes-sigs/kustomize#6013.
The 1.35.0 image is built with Kustomize v5.8.0 and Helm v4.0.4 which trigger the conflict.
Can you please trigger a new build with Kustomize v5.8.1 that fixes this issue?
