AssertionError: Allele "HLA-A02:01" not stated in NetMHCpan output

I am getting the following error running mupexi. I appreciate any help in this regard.

AssertionError: Allele "HLA-A02:01" not stated in NetMHCpan output

In case anyone else gets this error, I had it and my problem was that netMHCpan wasn't running at all because it was missing the netMHCpan-4.0/tmp directory. Once I added it that directory it worked.
