Issue view same as issue edit

Hello,

I really like the formatting of the issues in edit/update format:

However, the issue display layout is different:

Long text is underneath instead of on the side, line separators between multi-column fields.
I would like the display to look more like this:

No separators. Long text is on the right of the label but spans both columns (like the edit box).
