Clarify the license due to bundled protobuf sources

You already had the license file included, it's just that the metadata did not reflect it. Although you could make a symlink named LICENSE-protobuf and change the package.include so that it is clearer still

Thanks. This makes me think these files should be distributed in a seperate, optional, crate in case users don't want to pick up the BSD license
