Code Review

This pull request introduces a CODEOWNERS file, which is a great addition for streamlining the code review process. My review includes one minor suggestion to add a newline at the end of the file, which is a common best practice for text files.

It's a good practice to end files with a newline character. Many tools and editors expect this, and it can prevent issues with file concatenation or processing. The diff indicates that a newline is missing at the end of this file.
