Background passive mining

Set-up a background passive mining task that will mine for new emails, clean them and enrich them continously (if fullname and valid)

In the UI, after finishing the mining dialog:
Enable continuous contact extraction from future emails?
New contacts found in incoming emails will be automatically saved.
[Yes, enable] [No, cancel]
Signature will be enable by default but no cleaning.

There will be a new weekly email:
