Opencode web should display sessions history in the sidebar when using opencode server

Description

Using opencode server on a local server and connecting to it via tailscale on other devices. When connecting to the server using opencode web I would expect it to display all the session history in the sidebar so that I can continue to monitor and work on things away from home.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open an opencode session on a dedicated port
2. connect to opencode server via an opencode terminal client
3. close the client
4. open opencode web

This is a different issue because I use opencode server to centralise all my sessions.

I have opencode serve running on central server but from my desktop browser I see 5 workspaces with sessions but from phone I see 2. I can try to add same workspace on my phone for ones missing but it doesn't see the existing sessions. Since both desktop and phone connect to same web UI/serve instance they should match.
