Description
In the last two updates of the OpenCode TUI, pasting an image into the chatbox using Ctrl+V no longer works.
Previously, I was able to copy an image to the clipboard (e.g., using the Windows screen capture tool to crop part of the screen) and paste it directly into the chatbox. This was a core part of my daily workflow when coding with agents.
The issue occurs consistently and no error message is shown. Nothing happens when pressing Ctrl+V.
Environment:
OpenCode TUI (issue present in the last two updates)
Version: v1.1.60
Shell: zsh
Running inside:
VS Code integrated terminal
Windows Terminal (standalone)
OS: Ubuntu 24.04 inside WSL2 on Windows 11

Steps to reproduce
How can we reproduce this issue?
Copy an image to the clipboard (e.g., using Windows Snipping Tool).
Focus the OpenCode TUI chatbox.
Press Ctrl+V.
Expected behavior:
The image should be pasted into the chatbox (as in previous versions).
Actual behavior:
Nothing happens. No image is inserted and no error message appears.
