Bad Request: {"detail":"The 'gpt-5.3-codex' model is not supported when using Codex with a ChatGPT account."}, recently we get lots of bug in opencode

when i try to use my codex then getting this error message Bad Request: {"detail":"The 'gpt-5.3-codex' model is not supported when using Codex with a ChatGPT account."}
