OpenCode 1.4.6 "silent failure" behavior

Description

I am using opencode desktop, After I post the prompts into opencode for my project, it immediately return back said completed but actuall do nothing. It happens from yeterday night. Before that, it is working fine.

This "silent failure" behavior—where the prompt is marked complete instantly but nothing happens—often indicates that the local background server has crashed or lost its connection to the UI, even if the window looks normal.

Facing the same or at least a very similar problem. I am testing Opencode Desktop and OpenChamber and the impact is the same on both. Usually restarting the GUI works, but I had to do this a few times today.
