Web/Desktop crashes with `Error: File context must be used within a context provider` when editing project details

I accidentally stumbled upon this bug while trying out opencode desktop

When editing a Project, adding server or other dialogs if you press cmd+p (the shortcut to bring up the command palette), it crashes the entire app and locks up everything

cant even use the restart button because there is a blocking overlay of the command palette that attempted to spawn
