Changelog for v10.2.0 contains changes from previous releases #1079
Description
Looking at https://actions.docs.ansys.com/version/stable/changelog.html#december-02-2025 and https://github.com/ansys/actions/releases/tag/v10.2.0 it seems that the produced changelog doesn't align with its real content. We should investigate that and fix it.
Extra note: Seems like patch releases do not contain anything while minor once contain more information than they should. For example #463 is part of v10.2.0 and 10.1.0. See below
