Unused `debug` argument on `SessionConfiguration`

SessionConfiguration accepts a debug boolean argument, whoch doesn't seem to be used anywhere or have any effect.

I suspect this was a leftover from the generated source from swagger-codegen, there were quite a few extra things there that I removed but it looks like we might have missed one. We ought to check whether it's referenced in the generated clients before we do delete it however.
