Can't get NeoForge Data Generation to work

Seems like NeoForge Data Generation to work. This is causing the recipes I create programmatically to not work.

Fabric is working just fine. Something I noticed while doing gradle --refresh-dependencies is that I get the following line:

[ERROR] [MIXIN] Cannot resolve class net/neoforged/bus/api/IEventBus
