Keyboard Shortcut Cmd+K Fails to Send Text to Claude Code Extension

Bug Description
Even when console says it's connected to IDE(WebStorm latest), the Cmd+K does not send anything to Claude Code. It's just simply switch to the terminal without adding anything. It workd when the Claude Code extension was installed, but after a while it just doesn't work anymore for this conveninent feature.
