[BUG] Remote Control doesn't show chat history when resuming a session

What's Wrong?

Sharing a session with Remote Control from Web or Mobile that's been resumed (using claude --resume) doesn't show the chat history, only the new messages from resume point are shown.

What Should Happen?

The entire chat history should be shown in Remote Control from Web / Mobile for resumed sessions as the context matters for the rest of the conversation.
