Remote Control returns "not yet available on your plan" for Max subscriber

Description

I am a Claude Max subscriber. When I run claude remote-control, I get the following error:

Error: Remote Control is not yet available on your plan.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run claude remote-control in terminal

Steps Already Taken

• Confirmed I am on the Claude Max plan
• Re-authenticated via claude /login
• Claude Code CLI is up to date

Expected Behavior

Remote Control should be available for Max plan users as documented.

Environment

• OS: macOS (Darwin 25.2.0, Apple Silicon)
• Claude Code CLI: latest version
• Plan: Claude Max
