"Not found" error when loading Skills

I'm encountering a 404 error when loading skills on claude.ai and Claude Desktop.

I'm using a Team plan, and all team members in the team plan are encountering this error.

I'm experiencing the same issue on a Team Claude workspace. All our previously uploaded Skills disappeared since Friday (Oct 24) and any attempts to upload new Skills return a 'Not Found' error. File uploads also fail with network error even though our connection is stable. My personal Max account works fine. Is there any fix in the works?

must be an issue withteams accounts.

Do you have a custom MCP server too? I had one and uninstalled and now its working. Not sure if that was the issue.

Other potential issues was that atfirst in my skills I wasn't being clear to not access the internet when using the skill...not sure if that was part of the fix

Yes, but the issue persists both on Claude web and Claude Desktop, unless it relates to connectors (remote MCPs) as opposed to local MCPs.
