Control buttons and headers disappear when logs are longer than browser window

What happened?

The buttons are beheaded or even disappeared all together along with dag name and task name when the logs fill up the log window (aka when it is longer enough to scroll).

What you think should happen instead?

The headers and buttons should always be visible regardless of log length.

How to reproduce

1. Go to a task that is able to generate logs longer than one browser window
2. Select the "Logs"
3. Resize (drag the middle divider) the logs window and grid view if need be

This seems like a scrolling issue in the frame that contains task headers / control buttons + tabs + selected tab content. It just does not scroll, so the top and bottom of the entire frame get cut out if the tab contents are long enough to make the frame require scrolling.

This leads to the impression that the control buttons / header "disappear" at the top, but pagination control at the bottom of the Mapped Tasks tab are also unreachable for example.

Makes the whole UI barely useable TBH, this should be an urgent fix.
