Use WireMock for Olingo4 tests

CEQ is not an isolated project - the tests in the core project can use wiremock as well. So do it both places.

@llowinge what do you mean? You can contribute and send PR to camel-core with similar improvement to use wiremock testing for camel-olingo4.

@davsclaus I wanted to see some best practice usage of Wiremock in Camel project, because CQ project has some special class which suits as helper class.
