Note to myself re: testing... previous problems with this process are described on PYTHON-1348. I'm pretty sure the subsequent Cython upgrade will help out with that but this needs to be validated. |

Note: I haven't forgotten about this, but with our Jenkins unable to build PR branches I haven't been able to run the integration tests locally to confirm yet. Like everything else work is ongoing... it's just taking a while. |
