Hope to add createAlignedTimeseries in SessionPool（希望在sessionPool中增加createAlignedTimeseries方法）

使用otdb-session-0.13.0-SNAPSHOT.jar，本人程序都是通过sessionPool来操作iotdb，但是该类缺少创建对齐时间序列方法，只能再创建新session来创建对齐序列。

I think it's feasible to create aligned timeseries with org.apache.iotdb.session.pool.SessionPool#executeNonQueryStatement before createAlignedTimeseries be released.
