These are a couple of improvements, which will improve the behavior of Maven regarding lifecycles

Sub-tasks:

• MNG-5666 Divide lifecycle in prePhases, phases and postPhases

• MNG-5667 Either install or deploy

• MNG-5885 Optimize execution when phases of same lifecycle are called

• MNG-6319 Allow for building of the whole project multiple times (with different phases/goals/lifecycles) but with one command
