Describe the bug

build a docker frontend image with
bash scripts/docker/build-frontend-image/build.sh

To Reproduce

docker run --rm servicecomb/scfrontend:latest
then,failed to display in the browser

Expected behavior

It needs to be displayed normally.

• OS: linux to build,
• Browser:chrome to display,
• Version: since servicecomb-service-center > 2.1.0

• Version Go 1.18
